Heard Sri Narendra Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioners and Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioners, who are three in number, is that they were engaged as Seasonal Collection Peon on 01.02.1994, 20.01.1994 and 25.06.1998, however, they seek regularization/ absorption as Collection Peon while according age relaxation. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
