The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner had applied for recruitment on the post of Staff Nurse (Male/Female) pursuant to the examination for the year 2023 advertised by the U.P. Public Service Commission on 21.08.2023 Advertisement no.A-3/E-1/2023. The writ petitioner subjected herself for examination, a result came to be published on 20.02.2024 and the writ petitioner became eligible for the main examination, admit card was issued and thereafter, according to the writ petitioner, she participated.
