The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as a Ward-Boy on 23.04.2025, however, now the writ petitioner claims that he should be considered under Old Pension Scheme in view of Government Orders dated 28.06.2024 and 11.07.2024 and the recommendations in that regard. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
