Heard Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri K.K. Singh for Respondent No.6. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsels for the respondents that the writ petition may not be maintainable particularly when the writ petitioner happens to be the resident of the Gram Panchayat where the seventh respondent happens to be a Teacher and questioning his conduct, the present petition has been preferred. 3. Confronted with the said situation, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, while seeking the remedy to avail those remedies, which are available under law. 4.
