The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he happens to be the husband of Ms. Ram Murti who was a class IV employee who expired on 31.12.2019. The writ petitioner claims pension. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by fourth respondent, Chief Veterinary Officer, Hamirpur, District Hamirpur. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the fourth respondent, Chief Veterinary Officer, Hamirpur, District Hamirpur by 27.03.2026.
