Chaudhary, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he happens to be the husband of Ms. Ram Murti who was a class IV employee who expired on 31.12.2019. The writ petitioner claims pension. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by fourth respondent, Chief Veterinary Officer, Hamirpur, District Hamirpur. 4.
