Though the present writ petition has been preferred for payment of death- cum-gratuity of late Santosh Singh Gill, however, Sri Bal Mukund has produced before this Court the instructions dated 02.03.2026 for DIGPGC, Prayagraj according to which as per the nomination, the amount of Rs. 23,51,037 of DCRG have been paid to the widow Smt. Charanjeet Kaur and, thus, the writ petitioner who happens to be the son is not entitled to the same. 2. Confronted with the said situation, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition to take appropriate legal remedy available under law. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4. A copy of the instructions be served upon the learned counsel for the writ petitioner. 5.
