The writ petitioner applied and thereafter, the Mains Eligibility Result came to be published on 13.07.2023 thereafter for the Mains Examination provisional admit card was issued the writ petitioner was qualified the same, however, according to the writ petitioner who has been selected but has not been issued appointment order. 3.
