Heard Sri Bachcha Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Bal Mukund for respondent no. 2. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that his father namely Ramji Singh who was in the Health Department retired on 01.01.1994 and he expired on 02.06.2004. Post death, the wife of the deceased became entitled for pension but she was not extended the said benefit in view of the recitals contained in the Aadhar Card relatable to the fact that she was shown to be minor and there was a dispute regarding date. According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner has entitled to the retiral dues and the arrears of pension. 3.
