The case of the writ petitioner is that though he was appointed as Zone Worker in District Youth and Prantiya Raksha Dal Department at District Jhansi on 01.02.1955 and he was promoted from time to time and he superannuated on 30.06.1992 but the writ petitioner has not been paid the General Provident Fund. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel as well as Shri Bal Mukund, counsel for the respondent no. 2 submit that though as per Annexure-1 at page 13, there happens to be a document entitling payment of 90% of the General Provident Fund but it is the State which has to make
