At the very outset, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the relief has been sought to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the records and quashing the impugned order dated 30.01.2025 and the order of recovery of alleged excess amount dated 14.01.2026 both passed by the respondent no.5- District Panchayat Raj Officer, Moradabad as well as issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the record and quashing the order of recovery of alleged excess amount date 14.01.2026 passed by the respondent no.5 District panchayat raj Adhikari Moradabad, with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the same. 3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Marc
