Heard Sri Pawan Kumar holding brief of Sri Arun Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to Respondent nos. 3 to 5. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that his father late Ram Achal was posted as Beldar, however, he expired on 12.04.2025 in harness. The writ petitioner claims compassionate appointment. 4. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to consider the compassionate appointment. 5. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 6. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy
