The case of the writ petitioners, who are 10 in number is that they were engaged as Seasonal Collection Amin on various dates in the year 1976, 1977, 1978, 1982, 1986, respectively and their services stood regularized in the year 1987, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994 and 1997 respectively and they superannuated in the year 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, respectively. Grievance is that their entire services rendered as Seasonal Collection Amin has not been computed for pension. 3.
