The writ petitioner claims to be appointed as Gram Panchayat Adhikari, however, he has been placed under suspension owing to allegations relatable to committing misconduct on 16.01.2026, however, instructions have been produced today according to which charge sheet has been issued containing as many as four charges dated 22.02.2026. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the inquiry be directed to be concluded within a period of three months and the writ petitioner be paid subsistence allowance. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents o conclude the inquiry within a period of three months from today
