This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 21.02.2026 passed by respondent nos. 2 and 3 jointly. A further writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to perform his duties as sweeper on contract basis in view of the order dated 21.07.2025 passed by respondent no. 2 with all consequential benefits, with the further direction to the respondents to make payment of salary to the petitioner per month including the arrears. 3.
