Today instructions have been supplied by Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel, under the signature of Additional Police Commissioner, Law and Order, Traffic, Ghaziabad dated 09.03.2026. 4. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner had presently posted as Sub-Inspector, however, by virtue of the order dated 12.01.2026 passed by the respondent no. 4, the writ petitioner had been placed under suspension and show cause notices have been issued on 12.01.2026 itself. 5.
