Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned recovery order dated 5.12.2025 for (Financial Year 2018-19) passed by the respondent No. 3/ District Development Officer, District Siddharth Nagar (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition);(ii) issue any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case; (iii) award cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner, due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2.
