Parties are in agreement that the controversy involved in the present writ petition has already been decided against the writ petitioner in Writ- A No. 4225 of 2022 (Pramod Kumar Singh and 5 others) against which an intra court appeal being Special Appeal No. 659 of 2022 (Yogendra Kumar Yadav and another Vs. State of U.P. and 11 others) and Special Appeal Defective No. 429 of 2022 alongwith Special Appeal No. 608 of 2022 are pending. 2. Since, it is not disputed that the same controversy has been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench against which an intra court appeal is pending. Thus the writ petition is dismissed. (Vikas Budhwar,J.)
