Heard Sri Dileep Singh Yadav, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable on 20.02.1984. Thereafter, he was promoted on the post of Head Constable and superannuated on 31.08.2024, however, he has been paid computation of the income to the tune of Rs.6,13,334/- in place of Rs.12,00,000/- and the total family pension has been calculated to Rs.18,120/- in place of Rs.19,230/- along with other benefits. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to rectify the error and to revise the benefits, which are liable to be paid and is admissible to the writ petitioner. 4.
