By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the impugned order dated 30.06.2016, by which the representation of the petitioner has been rejected while observing that he his not legally approved appointed teacher, thus, refuted the entitlement of the salary. 3. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed on 01.07.1993 as an Assistant Teacher by the Committee of Management of Shri Asthik Dev Bal Vidya Mandir, Johwa Sarki, District Raebareli (hereinafter referred to as "the school"), and his appointment was duly approved.
