Heard Sri Vikas Yadav (AoR No. A/V 1683/2023) holding brief of Sri Vishveshwar Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Ravi Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Sri Ravi Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the respondents has made a statement that pursuant to the order dated 12.01.2026, he is possessed with the instructions under the signatures of M/s OIC Legal Cell dated 10.01.2026 and he is in a position to argue the matter. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was an aspirant for selection on the post of Agniveer Tradesman. The selection stood conducted. He claims to have been selected, however owing to the pendency of the Criminal Case no. 79 of 2023, under Sections 323, 312, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Gola, District Gorakhpur. The writ petitioner alleges that he had not been permitted to join the post in question. 4. In
