The case of the writ petitioner is that her husband who was working on the post of Constable since 1989 died on 04.08.2025. The writ petitioner raised his claim for insurance amount being PSP since despite letter dated 18.09.2025 of the Police Department addressed to the Bank the payments were not made so the present writ petition came to be preferred. 4.
