The instant writ petition has been filed assailing the orders dated 22.08.2025 and 23.08.2025 passed by opposite party no. 6. 3. The contention put forth by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner after being appointed as Mandi Parivekshak(Supervisor), vide order dated 28.12.2007, kept on working with the full satisfaction of his superiors and his carrier remained unblemished.
