By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- (i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus to the opposite parties to insure the correct fixation of salary as per the seniority of the petitioner treating hins in regular service since 05/06/1986 in compliance of the Hon'ble court's order dated 03.08.2017 with effect from 18.05.2012 i.e. from the date of the order passed in writ petition no.2354(S/S) of 2002 and also insure the re-fixation of his pension along with 14% interest as the petitioner has been paid the salary like a new incumbent and his last drawn salary was Rs.37,200/- per month and his pension has been fixed accordingly though the person's junior to the petitioner namely Sri Nepal and Khiladiram who were appointed on 11/
