By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the order of punishment passed by the disciplinary authority dated 28-08- 2020 by which the petitioner has been awarded three punishments; first, recovery of the loss occurred to the department, second, withholding three increments with cumulative effect and thirdly, the special adverse entry.
