Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 0647/2023 dated 24.09.2023, registered at Police Station Begum Pur, for commission of offences under Sections 279/337 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. As per broad allegations appearing in the abovesaid FIR, the petitioner herein was driving a Wagon-R Car at the relevant time, and while driving the same in a rash and negligent manner, it hit a scooty from behind which resulted in injuries to the scooterist-Mr. Harish Sharma (respondent No.3) and his wife-Ms. Geeta (respondent No.2/ complainant) who was on pillion seat. 3.
