The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- “a) set aside/quash the order dated 14.12.2009 passed by Ld. CIC; and/ or (b) Pass such other order(s) as may be deemed fit and proper In the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Mr. Bhagwan Sawrup Shukla, learned CGSC submits that the issue involved herein is pending for consideration before the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.347/2010. 3. The order dated 10.09.2010 passed by this Court would indicate that the operation of the impugned order has been stayed. Paragraph no.5 of the said order is extracted as under:- “5. The interim order dated 10th September 2010 is made absolute during the pendency of the writ petition.” 4. A perusal of the order sheets would indicate that no one is appearing on behalf of the respondent since 05.01.2026. It would, thus, appear that the respondent has lost his interest in prosecuting the instant writ petition. 5. So far as the aspect of the legal issue is concerned, the same is pending before the Division Bench of this Court. The decision to be rendered by the Division Bench in the aforesaid LPA, shall have full application in the instant case as well. Therefore, the Court finds no reason to keep the instant pet
