The present Petition, under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 1 , seeks to assail the Arbitral Award dated 13.01.2021 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator in the case titled “M/S N.J.R. Construction Pvt. Ltd. v. Union of India”. 2.
