This appeal has been filed by the insurance company, assailing the award dated 21st August 2018, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi [‘MACT’] in Claim Petition No.729/2011, whereby a compensation of Rs.64,51,000/- with interest @ 9% per annum was awarded. 2.
