Through the present Petition, the Petitioners assail the correctness of the Order dated 20.08.2024 [hereinafter referred to as the ‘Impugned Order’] passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as ‘the Tribunal’], in O.A. No.1547/2024, whereby the Original Application (‘OA’) preferred by the Respondent came to be allowed and the Petitioners were directed to subject the Respondent to a fresh medical examination by a newly constituted Medical Board. 2.
