Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned State Counsel for the State respondents, while we do not see any reason to interfere with the judgment of the learned Single Judge insofar as it declines to interfere in the writ petition with respect to the transfer order dated 26.12.2025 for the reason given therein, we find that learned Single Judge failed to consider relief no.2 in the writ petition which was for a writ of mandamus to the opposite party for giving light duty desk work to the appellant/ petitioner, as has been advised by the Medical Board. Learned counsel for the appellant has relied upon a document which is a report of the Medical Board dated 29.07.2025 according to which, consequent to his kidney transplant in January, 2026 at SGPGIMS, Lucknow he is taking Immunosuppressant medicine wh
