The special appeal was filed in 2006 by the State of U.P. challenging the judgment and order dated 11.11.2005, however, the appeal itself was filed on 11.09.2006 with a delay of about 8 months 21 days. 3. We have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application for condonation of delay and do not find the explanation to be satisfactory.
