Challenge has been raised to the order dated 18.02.2026 passed by learned single judge in Bansh Narayan Singh vs State of U.P. & 4 Ors., 2026:AHC:36203. By that order, learned single judge has disposed of the writ petition on the following terms: "6. In the aforesaid circumstances, writ petition bearing No. 1101 of 2025 is disposed of with the direction that the Committee of Management shall allow the petitioner to join on the post of Officiating Principal, subject to any legal impediment.
