This appeal is directed against order dated 09.11.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in Service Single No.- 19739 of 2020 whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant against order dated 22.04.2020 passed by the District Magistrate, Bahraich has been dismissed. 2. The husband of the appellant was working on the post of seasonal collection peon in Tehsil Bahraich, District Bahraich when he died on 16.07.1994. On his death, the appellant was appointed on the post of seasonal collection peon and she worked up to the year 2002 for about 1058 days and thereafter no work was taken from her though her name continued to remain in the list of seasonal collection peons.
