By means of this appeal, a challenge has been raised to the judgment and order dated 04.07.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.14121 (S/S) of 2017, by which the writ petition of the appellants-petitioners has been dismissed on the ground that a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not the appropriate remedy for the grievances raised. 3.
