This appeal is directed against order dated 27.11.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 39830 of 2025, whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioner seeking action against respondents no. 6 and 7 under the provisions of Section 40 of the U.P. State Universities Act, 1973 ('the Act') has been dismissed. 2. The appeal is barred by 45 days. 3. For the reasons indicated in the application supported by affidavit, seeking condonation of delay, the same is allowed. Delay in filing the appeal is condoned. 4.
