Petitioner herein seeks quashing of FIR No. 0182/2025 dated 31.05.2025, registered at police station K.M. Pur for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between petitioner and respondent no. 2 was solemnized on 29.05.2023 as per Islamic Sunni Tradition at Masjid Fatehpuri, Chandni Chowk, Delhi. There is no child from the aforesaid wedlock. 3.
