Petitioners herein seek quashing of FIR No.316/2013 dated 26.08.2013, registered at Police Station Jaitpur, for commission of offences under Sections 323/380/452/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The abovesaid FIR was registered on the basis of the complaint made by Smt. Mehtab Bano (respondent No.2 herein).
