The Appellant has filed an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act r/w Section 151 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as „CPC‟) seeking Condonation of Delay of 28 days in filing the Appeal against the Judgment dated 30.07.2025. 2.
