The present appeal has been filed seeking modification of judgment and decree dated 21st April, 2018 passed ADJ-04 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts Delhi (‘Trial Court’) in CS No. 614393/2016 titled as ‘Sangita Mallik v. Gandhi Smarak Sangrahalaya Samiti and Another’ (‘impugned judgment’). 2. In terms of the impugned judgment, the suit filed by the appellant/plaintiff was decreed for a sum of Rs. 90,000/- along with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of filing of the suit.
