Petitioners seek quashing of FIR no. 0067/2026 registered at Police Station Kalyanpuri, Delhi for commission of offences under Section 316(4)/3(5) BNS (corresponding Sections 408/34 IPC) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The facts in brief are that petitioner no. 3- Nandini, was working at Giri Jewellery Mahal, which is the jewellery shop of respondent no. 2, as gold-checking clerk.
