The present dispute concerns the infringement of the Trade Marks, Trade Dress and Bottle Designs of the toilet cleaner sold by the Plaintiffs under the Mark ‘HARPIC’, glass and house cleaner under the Mark ‘COLIN’ and disinfectants under the Mark ‘LIZOL’ (“Plaintiffs’ Products”).
