The present Petition, filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, seeks the appointment of an Arbitrator for the purpose of resolution of disputes inter se the parties, arising out of a Work Order dated 02.01.20212. 2. The Agreement is stated to contain an arbitration clause, specifically in clause 19, for resolution of disputes as between the parties to the said Agreement. The relevant clause is reproduced herein under for ready reference: “19.
