This petition has been filed by the petitioner purportedly in public interest for removal of illegal constructions or possession of encroachers from Khata No. 1922/1/2 of Gram Sabha Bhatarganj, Ward No. 1, Tehsil Manda, District Prayagraj. 2. Instructions have been produced by learned Standing Counsel inter alia indicating that as many as 15 persons were encroaching over the government land and, therefore, proceedings under the Public Premises Act have been initiated against them, which are pending consideration before the competent authority. 3. In view of the above fact situation, wherein the respondents have initiated proceedings under the Public Premises Act, no further orders are required to be passed in the petition. It is expected of the respondents to ensure that the proceedings are decided with expedition.
