This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to enquire/verify educational degrees of respondent no. 6 and 7 and remove them from the post of Headmistress, Primary School, Lohadda, Block Baraut, District Baghpat and Teacher from Dadu Balram Sanskrit Post Graduate College, Gwalikheda, Baghpat and take legal action to recover entire salary, which they have drawn from the public funds. 2. Allegations have been made that the respondents no. 6 and 7 obtained service based on forged degrees and despite the complaints made by the petitioner, action in this regard has not been taken by the respondents. 3. A perusal of the petition, purportedly filed in the public interest, indicates that petitioner is a retired Principal of the Adars
