This petition has been filed by the petitioner purportedly in public interest seeking to question the continuance of respondent no. 5 as Booth Level Officer (BLO) of village Manajeet, Block Ranipur, District - Mau. 2. Submissions have been made that despite the repeated representations against the working of the said BLO and orders passed by the competent authority for his removal, he was removed for a short period and again reappointed, which was not justified. 3.
