Panchayati Raj Act, 1947 ('Act') read with U.P. Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, Up-Pradhans and Members) Inquiry Rules, 1997 in view of setting up of final enquiry based on the enquiry report dated 31.03.2025, wherein the Pradhan was found guilty. 2.
