Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 05.02.2026, status report has been produced, inter alia, indicating that a closure report was given by C.B.I., which came to be rejected by Court of Addl. Sessions Judge No. 10, Budaun on 28.10.2015 and one accused Pappu has been summoned for Trial and that the trial is continuing since then and the next date fixed was 06.02.2026. So far, 10 witnesses have been examined from the prosecution side. 3. In view of above fact situation, we do not find any reason to continue with the present petition instituted in the year 2014.
