Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel for State respondents and Shri Satish Chandra Kashish, learned counsel for the respondent no.4. 2. This petition has been filed alleging some construction of a commercial nature on a land which belongs to a temple. The alleged trust and management of the temple has been arrayed as opposite party no.5. We asked the petitioner as to what is the number of the land on which such constructions are being made and what is its nature in the land records, but none could be shown to us. 3.
