Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel for State respondents and Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for Gram Pradhan, District Ambedkar Nagar. 2. The order dated 26.07.2025 for recovery of certain dues from Gram Pradhan and others was put to challenge by Village Pradhan (respondent no.6) by means of Writ C No.8329 of 2025; Nisha Verma vs. State of U.P. & Ors. and by other persons by means of Writ C No.8397 of 2025; Santoshi vs. State of U.P. & anr., wherein interim orders have been passed staying the recovery. Now in spite of the stay, the petitioner wants that further action be taken against the concerned persons. These are matters to be seen purely by the concerned executive authorities and it is not for the court to conduct an enquiry against individual officer
