Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel for State respondent nos.1 to 4 and Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.5. 2. This petition has been filed by the sole petitioner allegedly in public interest seeking construction of an Annapurna Bhavan in accordance with the proposal dated 23.01.2026 passed by the concerned Gram Panchayat. However, on being asked it is informed that construction has started on some other gata. These are not matters to be adjudicated by the writ court. On a proposal of the Gaon Sabha, as informed by Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel, the state authorities undertake construction of the Annapurna Bhavan after identifying suitable land. We see no reason to interfere in the matter at the behest of a single petitioner
